The room was tiny but great views, comfortable bed, super amazing cleaning and refreshed waters daily. Service overall was amazing as was the location. Only complaint was that the room had a funky sewer smell. Not something that made me want to exit the room but definitely not beautiful.

Great location

Could not check me in until 4 even though check in was at 3. room was gross. Great view, and location. It was fine, but felt more like a hostel. I loved the staff and had a great trip but this place was falling apart from the lobby to the 20th floor.

The hotel needs an update. Bathroom had a lot of mold, windows had hand stains. The mold even made the room smell funny. There was barely an adjustment on my bill inspite of this condition. The sink didn't seem to drain properly and the AC stopped working in the middle of the night. There are some cute cafes nearby, like next door Librare. The only good thing was unlimited supply of Saratoga water and this cafe. The area is so so, close to really nice streets, but also a lot of homeless and dirty streets near by.

Pretty much the perfect location. Great room. Staff is super nice. Lucked out and got the room for $325 a night. That said if it was anymore in price I'd probably just pick another place in the same area as we didn't really spend much time at the hotel. That being said, it was great. Another mention to the staff. Good people from bartenders to door guy.
