Typical New York rooms are so small, our room at the Shelburne was far from small, great size for myself and my 2 teenagers. Every member of reception staff and concierge were super friendly but professional and when we needed some bedding it was delivered without delay… location also amazing, a quick walk to Grand Central which linked to wherever needed. Would most certainly stay here again, highly recommended..

I loved how spaceous the room was. The bathroom wasn't spotless, I did have to pass a lysol wipe on the toilet seat because there was a hair but other than that, I loved it. Bed was comfortable and big. It was a short walk to Grand Central.
