One of the best places I've stayed at! Breathtaking views, quiet, clean, and very large space. Receptionist was the who recommended the penthouse and my goodness I am so happy she did!! 2bed room well appointed and big. Bathroom was roomy. Lobby was inviting. The art room in back was spacious and quiet. Very clean and well kept. Good selection of food, coffee close. MTA/Queens plaza was 5 block walk. I will definitely revisit The Modernist on my next visit. Neighborhood is walkable, quiet and safe. Very pleasant.
