Room was immaculate! Housekeeping did a great job everyday. The breakfast was good - fresh fruit, gluten free oatmeal, good coffee. But get there early before the waffles run out!

Everything was fine except breakfast closes at 9:30 on Saturday and Sunday morning. They should give people enough time to get breakfast on the weekend. We should keep it open till 1030, 11 o’clock.

I will NEVER stay at this hotel again! The staff is rude and unprofessional. The rooms were dirty. All four that they showed me. I had to switch hotels. Unfortunately, I didn't get my money back. I am disappointed overall.

Check-in was fast, efficient, stressless, and extremely courteous (thank you to Roy) and left a great first impression. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The included breakfast seemed more like a buffet - plenty of food choices with friendly and efficient staff in a clean location. Front desk staff are very friendly. The only negative is the slow elevator.

This was a special find. While we normally stay at Marriott facilities, I am glad we decided to try The Lodge. The facility was nice and it had included a good sized parking lot. Though the rooms were small, they were well appointed, with a comfortable bed and bathroom. They also put out a nice breakfast spread. The hotel was in a quiet area, across from a police station and next to a fire station, which made it feel extra safe. We definitely intend to stay here the next time we visit NYC.
