Check-in was quick and easy. The king room was a nice size. The bed was comfortable, four pillows were provided, would have liked for them to have been of different firmness. The bathroom is large, the shower unfortunately is small. The hotel itself is quiet but there is street noise. Especially the bicycle taxis. They play their music excessively loud. The location is really good. It's located in a block of 44th Street with several restaurants and pretty easy to walk to multiple places of interest. Certainly a great location within the Theater District. There is parking garage within the block that made it also convenient to park nearby. The hotel, is safe, clean and friendly staff. The room we were in was spacious, clean and comfortable. It could use some touch up work as wall seams were peeling in some areas. There is ample closet and drawers for clothing. There is an area with a coffee maker and ice bucket, but for some reason the hotel has chosen not to provide a refrigerator in the room, which there is space for it and should be a basic amenity for hotel of this type. The bathroom is large but the shower is small. Would have preferred a larger shower over the small shower and separate tub. The hotel provides a robe and house shoes if you desire to use them. They could also consider ensuring there are electrical outlets on each side of the bed. I had to crawl under the bed to access an outlet to charge my phone.

Room was spacious but very outdated. Bathroom was as clean as they could probably get it but it was in desperate need of an update I.e. sink didn’t drain, shower had cracked tiles and stains. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was a disappointment and the area it was in was rather creepy.

The room was very nice. Loved the big window and the view. The bathroom is a bit dated and needs some TLC though. The staff was nice. The bellhop seemed to be MIA every time we went to pick up our luggage but they showed up fairly quickly once we requested assistance. All in all it was a decent place to stay

Stayed at the Premier. It’s looks old, the lobby is poor, odd smell, the staff is not so good and not so helpful, the rooms I was in had a dirty carpet that needed to be changed, bathroom sink peeling, hot water runs out after 2 minutes. Poor experience, especially for the price. The location is unbelievable, though.

Check in should have been 4pm, flight from UK 4am and took this into account. When checking in our rooms weren’t ready until 9:30pm very tired and disappointed won’t be booking again

There was no fridge in the room which was unfortunate since there were tons of places to buy novelty foods/pastries. We ended up stacking our foods in the window sill in attempts to keep them cool. While the room had a nice deep tub, the faucet spit out a ton of hard water debris and the water was green. Probably due to old copper piping. There was a shower also but the shower stall was very small and the shower head was terrible. Complimentary breakfast was just single packaged muffins, danish, some cereal, and fruit. Nothing hot except coffee. There was no where to sit to eat so you have to bring your food back to your room. They do offer a bag check before you are able to check in at 4:00pm which is very helpful! Beds in the room are comfortable but you will hear all of the noises from broadway ave and surrounding areas. Plenty of shops and restaurants near by. Hotel is within walking distance of all the sights we wanted to see. There are plenty of shows in the immediate area as well!
