Property is in a superb location. It is a little dated in places and we had issues with hot water but the staff are very friendly and you are on the doorstep of where it all happens!

After a long wait time for check in, I was told that my name was not on the list. After a while, reception told me that I had been moved to the other property owned by the same property owners. I moved to the new hotel and had to wait again in a long check in line. The room given was not clean. The walls required paint. The desk was full of scratches. The light switch was broken and the broken frame was full of dirt!

DO NOT BOOK!!!! first of all, i paid extra for a city view and didn’t get it at all. Second of all, they charged me 946.34 canadian dollars when i booked for 791$ only. When i came back to talk to the staff, she told me i shouldn’t have paid that much and that i would be refunded, she gave me a receipt. This morning, i see in my account that they charged me ANOTHER 816.54$ !!!!!!! and they did bot refund me AT ALL. THIS IS FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY !!!!! they charge me a total of 1762.88$ for a single night from october 17th-18th 2025. Yes, i will take legal action if they do not refund me soon.

Poor customer service

Room was nice. Everything was fine but the service. Front desk person upon checkout was rude. I was not sent a receipt upon checkout, I called and asked for one and it was not sent to my email. I called a second time and it still was not sent to my email. I should not have to ask for a copy of my receipt.

We went to the Millennium Hotel and were told we were next door, so we went to Premier and they upgraded our room. We get to the room and someone was doing maintenance in the bathroom when we arrived. He finished quickly and we were settled in. We had difficulty getting the tv to work but other than that, it was a nice stay.

upon checking in our room it smells like somebody been smoking there. or the previous people that were there were smoking.. we told the receptionist about it and they did nothing. anyways we are there to enjoy NYC so we never bother. the location of the hotel is the best jist 2 min from timesquare
