It was our 5th Anniversary. When we arrived in our room, we found a bottle of wine and two wine glasses in addition to two gourmet cookies and a card from the staff. The staff was very hospitable and all about customer service throughout our stay, a rare thing to find anywhere these days! Highly recommend!

The room was clean and spacious and was away from the noise of Times Square. Staff were helpful and kind. Big thanks to Joshua and his team helping us settle in on day one and for his help with the check out as well. Can I recommend having amenities like soap and shampoo on a squeeze pump bottle for convenience next time ?

We absolutely loved our stay at LUMA Hotel Times Square! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful — nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of Manhattan, just steps away from Bryant Park, Broadway shows, and endless dining options, yet still surprisingly quiet and peaceful inside. Our room was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed — with comfy beds, great lighting, and thoughtful touches that made it feel luxurious without being over the top. The blackout blinds were a dream after long days exploring the city, and the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly throughout the hotel. We especially appreciated the clever layout and storage space, which made it feel bigger than your typical NYC room. We also loved the on-site restaurant and bar, AperiBar — perfect for breakfast, a cocktail, or a late-night bite. The service was consistently top-notch, and the vibe was relaxed yet stylish. LUMA truly felt like a calm, polished haven in the middle of the city that never sleeps. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone wanting comfort, convenience, and a touch of NYC magic.
