Breakfast is not included, but the location is perfect. There are many restaurants nearby, and the subway is very convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. The room is quite small but clean, which is understandable given that it’s in Times Square.

This was such a great location for my girlfriends and I to stay on our trip to New York City! Right across the street from Bryant Park and so close to Times Square. We were able to walk everywhere and easy access to the subway system as well. Highly recommend, staff was very friendly and helpful! Rooms were clean and quiet as well.

Our family holiday trip to NYC was truly unforgettable, thanks to LUMA Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with genuine warmth and made our kids feel just as welcome as the adults. Every interaction felt personal, thoughtful, and full of holiday cheer. The location couldn’t be better—right by Times Square and Bryant Park—making it incredibly easy to explore the city with little ones. We walked to shows, holiday attractions, and great restaurants without ever feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Our room was spotless, modern, and surprisingly spacious for a family. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the floor‑to‑ceiling windows gave us beautiful city views that the kids loved waking up to.
