Everything was perfect, except when we first checked in and settled into our room, took a shower and the water overflowed into the flooring. Maintenance came up right away and fixed it, but that evening, one of the main lights wouldn’t shut off because the switch was broke and since that was late in the evening, we had a hard time getting a hold of someone to come up and fix it because we wasn’t able to sleep with that blaring in our eyes.. They ended up switching us to a different room, but everything other than that was perfect. The next morning, though they were switching our rooms and staff was very friendly, very clean rooms, extremely great location for Times Square, but quite enough you can sleep because it was only a block away.

Centrally located hotel. Clean and fresh. Excellent breakfast, fresh berries, vegetables, yogurt, nuts, apricots, bacon, scrambled eggs, different types of bread, donuts, etc. Fast service by friendly staff. A bit hard beds. We slept 2 adults and two teenagers in a double room with a sofa bed. Pushed the double beds together, 1.35 cm wide and slept 3 in them. The sofa bed quite short. No possibility to make tea/coffee in the room. Recommended.

We stayed for 7 nights at this very lovely hotel with perfect location near Time Square. Helpful staff at the reception. Very clean rooms and hotel. Breakfast ok but the breakfast room was not good. Terrible acustic and very much noise with to many people in the same room. Tables and chairs is very close together. But all in all a good hotel and we would defently come back.

The only problem I have with my stay is that I keep getting crappy rooms because Expedia buys blocks of rooms from hotels and then when you use them, they put you in a room that’s next to the utility room or right next to the elevators or some inconvenient spot that the hotels have a hard time filling
