Booked this hotel for my birthday and had a wonderful experience! They let me check in early which I was so glad for after long travels, the room was clean the view was breathtaking, the staff we very accommodating, the breakfast was immaculate. Definitely recommend!!

Mostly wonderful experience. It was a rainy few days and hotel didn’t have umbrellas for guest in room. Understood from some staff they used to provide umbrellas but no longer did. Also, make sure you know which Riu you’re booking. Had to walk in the rain for another 10mins because Uber dropped me off at the other location.

Staff, location, cleanliness and breakfasts are excellent. From the minute you arrive until you leave. They are all professional and a credit to the hotel. Have to mention the staff at the Bellman desk who are friendly, helpful and never fail to make us laugh. An excellent asset to Riu TS. Love this hotel and I am back again in November. Perfect Hotel for a Broadway Show stay!

Needed a hotel close to the Rodgers Theater - this was perfect! No parking available so used Spot Hero. Such a cute hotel, everyone was so friendly and loved the Grab & Go store food options.

RIU for You!

We stayed here over the weekend and had a great time! The Staff are incredibly friendly and focused on customer service. Great location as well! I saw a lot of people commenting on the size of the room. We’re a family of 3 (2 adults/1 teen) and found the size was perfect. The bathroom is spacious. The only complaint we had with the bathroom is that b/c the hotel has a modern look, the shared wall and doors to the bathroom are frosted glass. So basically when showering you can see the shadow of the person in the bathroom. We kept the light off in the bathroom to prevent this (but still awkward ). All in all, definitely a good time. Don’t let the shower be a game changer..just be prepared for it!
