Expedia advised check in was 3pm, having sat in -7 for over 7 hours waiting to get into room only got room after 5pm, not acceptable, then got to room, two disposable paper cup( plastic lined very bad) after first day cups thrown away, no replacement, hotel refused to supply a mug so no drinks , did not like the large facilitation fees? Not sure what it was for, internet poor, on a plus good breakfast

Was cold at night and needed an extra blanket and pillows which were not available in room. I did not ask housekeeping for the second. Night. The thermostat adjusted itself down at Night. Others then difficulty sleeping. No complaint

Only 2 elevators were working. Waited 20 minutes for an elevator and that one was so crowded I nearly had a panic attack. Security people were very rude and seriously need to get over themselves and get over being a pretend cop. Terrible experience. We will never stay at any Riu property. Plenty of other options nearby.

We had to wait up to 20 minutes for elevators multiple times. We were only on the 3rd floor so I tried to take the stairs but we ended up in the basement, with the hotel laundry.
