There was no breakfast for which we paid and is described as full breakfast. There is no restaurant, no rooftop terrace. There is construction going on. Hotel imposes extra charges for no reason even after you checked out. Room infrastruktury with mosquitos. Hairdryer caused an electro shock. We got new hairdryer but not concern about our wellbeing. I demanded 20% refund, but was told that because the hotel was paid for by travelocity it's impossible. Crazy, never again.

Perfect hotel for a quick trip with my 8 year old daughter. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and transportation. Small room but plenty of space for 2 people.

The check-in process, in theory, is a great concept. Being able to check in on a kiosk is convenient, quick, and (you’d think) simple. However, it didn’t work for me and countless guests I witnessed after and over the follow couple of days. As a result of this, there was a backlog of people awaiting check in, which would be fine if there was sufficient staff and/or the lobby could accommodate more than 6 people + luggage at a time. Having to weave in and out of people when trying to enter or exit was cumbersome and poorly designed. I arrived at a slower time, so check-in wasn’t terrible, I just had to wait because the kiosk didn’t work. This aside, I would rather.

There was no where in the hotel to sit and chill out, which was a shame.Mainly because the bar and terrace were under construction. The first member of staff we spoke to was quite rude and nearly massively over charged us due to the agent we booked under not finalising everything before we arrived. Other than that the room was clean. The bed was comfy, there is not any brew making services. The bathroom was quite large and spacious. There is storage in the rooms for clothes but not loads. However we had a nice time and everyone after the first night were nice and welcoming. The location was also really good as it was close to everything we wanted to do either by the subway which was really cheap or walking.
