The room was so spacious. Loved the small kitchenette. Frig didn’t work but when called they were right up to replace. Very nice staff. Recommend this location to is close to so much.

It was a very convenient location, close to Ktown and Midtown Manhattan and the train station. Luggage storage for free was a plus! We were able to sleep confortably and thr sheets were clean and crisp! Will definitely come back here!!

Hotel is nice, clean and management is communicative. Nice to have a kitchenette area with cups, plates and silverware as well as a fridge and microwave. Downfall is the pillows are so flat it doesn’t feel like you even have a pillow. The shower is super small and the closet doesn’t have alot of room for 4 people to hang clothes. Still, I would stay again

Room was extremely small, only stocked with 5 towels, no wash cloths (but brought to us promptly) VERY LOUD. The pipes made a clinking noise, the people above us were loud. As a very night sleeper this did not go well. Bed was comfy. Room was very clean. Went and bought pillows due to their pillows being poor quality.

The room was very clean! The girl at the front desk is awesome- we have stayed here before. It’s close to our needed shopping in the garment district and the price is right!!!

It was clean, location was good. Had to have the hairdryer replaced, it was broken. They brought me a coffee maker only after asking but no coffee….Towels were old, did still do the job but for the price of the stay they should definitely try to upgrade. People above is let their kids jump around starting at 5:30 am, which was annoying. Not sure if I’d stay again.

The location was excellent and convenient to everything. We needed a place to sleep 6 and the room was a good size. The beds were comfortable and the decor was really cute. The staff was very accommodating in building our luggage there for free. There is a little street noise, but that is to be expected given its location.

The room smelled like ethnic food but not in a good way. It seemed fairly clean but the bedding had some small stains on it. It was bare bones: no tissues, no shampoo or soap samples. It was pretty noisy with doors slamming at all hours. The room looked much bigger in pictures. It was acceptable but disappointing.

Friendly staff. Great communication and location- right off 34th street which has so many subway trains and also close to Penn Station if you take the NJ railroad in like we did. Good price for midtown manhattan (booked a year early). Loved that there was a security guard in the lobby. Good water pressure. Good temp in room with AC unit in late October but not sure how it would fare in summer. We were able to leave luggage for a few hours for free at the office during day which was nice. Cons: beds were super creaky and noisy. Not super comfortable. Toilet paper was super thin and cheap. Towels were old. Tv was too small for the room.

It was good. The only problem we have was opening the doorknob, we had to ask next door for help in opening it for the past two days. Overall, the area is nearby attraction and its okay for short term vacay.

The room was perfect for the New York trip I took with my wife. It was not the most glamorous, but it had everything we needed. Having a small kitchen was a bonus, it allowed us to save money by cooking dinner instead of going out.
