We stayed at this hotel due to being close to the funeral we were attending. We were stressed because of the funeral and then we had to add more to it. I had to do a second reservation because the first one was wrong. When we got there and we were looking for parking for an entire 1 hour and half. When making the reservation we were told that there was available parking if not a lot. Negative. Super ball Sunday we couldn’t get the TV to work the front desk staff came and did his best to fixed it. But couldn’t fixed it. The front desk personal were very nice and tried their best to assist us. I will not be staying there again.

Because of train, room was a little noisy. The staff, namely Peter, was very attentive to my every concern. Peter readily attended to my concerns. He was friendly and very professional. My only disappointment is that there is no breakfast!!!!!!! Room was clean and amenities were good

This wasn't the nicest hotel I've stayed in but it got the job done and had a good amount of space, especially for the area. Cons: it did often smell like weed in the lobby and other random areas, my heater wasn't working well so it dropped to 64 degrees in my room, and the property needs upkeep/updating. Pros: walkable area, close to the subway, nice staff, complimentary tea and coffee, and spacious rooms. Another guest triggered the fire alarm at 5am during my stay which was incredibly annoying but the management took care of it relatively quickly.

We enjoy staying here. It’s close to where we want to visit, it’s clean and comfortable and the employees are helpful. Peter at the front desk was really nice also. They could use a better, hotter coffee bar and creamers.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming offering flexible accommodations before and during your stay. The hotel is conveniently located and has many amenities to offer like coffee, teas, filtered water fountain, television and microwave amongst other things. The only inconvenience was that my rooms bathroom lock was broken so it couldn't lock or close properly as well as the room doors have too much space underneath and you can hear other guests talking loudly even at night. Overall I think this hotel is very convenient and comfortable for family vacations.
