We stayed at this hotel due to being close to the funeral we were attending. We were stressed because of the funeral and then we had to add more to it. I had to do a second reservation because the first one was wrong. When we got there and we were looking for parking for an entire 1 hour and half. When making the reservation we were told that there was available parking if not a lot. Negative. Super ball Sunday we couldn’t get the TV to work the front desk staff came and did his best to fixed it. But couldn’t fixed it. The front desk personal were very nice and tried their best to assist us. I will not be staying there again.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The staff were consistently nice, patient, and approachable, always making sure guests felt taken care of. The room was exceptionally clean, with everything arranged neatly, which added to the comfort and peace of mind. The friendly service and cleanliness made the stay feel top-quality.

This is a very good, solid place to stay, convenient to the J train. There are coffee shops and an amazing bakery in the vicinity. People at the front desk were always pleasant and helpful. Room was plenty spacious and newly refurbished. There were light-blocking shades -- though it took some fiddling to get them into their tracks. The sounds from the nearby subway tracks soon become background "white noise" and didn't bother us at all. Overall, highly recommended!!

The room was clean and the staff were all nice. My initial room had a problem with the window and the desk staff quickly relocated me to a better room. Much appreciated. Rahul was great! For improvement suggestions, if you see someone in the lobby waiting for the check-in time and you know that the room is already available it would be nice to offer to let the person check in early.

We were there visiting family for the holiday, mostly just a place to sleep. We would have liked to have some better coffee in the morning, but everything else was good. My husband appreciated the weight room, was able to get a couple workouts in. We stayed on the 1st floor and the subway noise was not an issue.
