Not as nice as the photos imply. Stayed in the loft, which is in the basement and the windows are not only covered by advertisements but also the window dressings/curtains don’t open. So it is extremely dark all day long. Also they keep the thermostat on 60 Fahrenheit so when you come in from the freezing cold, your room is also freezing cold and you must wait nearly an hour for it to heat up. There is free coffee, tea, and water available all day in the lobby. There is a gym. The location is extremely convenient. So if you only need a place to sleep and keep clothes, the place is fine. If you want sunlight in your room during the day, the loft is a dark dungeon and the pics of it are falsely advertised.

The bed was caved in so we didn't get a good night's sleep. I almost fell off the toilet seat which was disconnected on one side and was too small for the toilet. The water took fifteen minutes to reach lukewarm. The outlet on the lamp by the bed didn't work.

Staff were courteous and the room was fine.The main entrance to the hotel was dirty and less than inviting, with the lobby located up a fligjt of stairs. Security appears to be lacking, which is a concern given this hotel is located in an industrial area. Will not stay again.

Kind staff, clean rooms, comfy beds & linens. Nice showers. Free legal street parking not hard to find. Balcony in room is a huge plus. Price is hard to beat for what you get. Nice shower too!
