Every staff member we interacted with was very nice and friendly. The location was close to grand central station which was perfect! The hotel room was clean and as expected. Hotel breakfast was good and appreciated that there was a water filter in the gym we could fill up water bottles. Would stay again!

Conveniently located to Grand Central and the bus. Can also access Penn Station via a brief 25 Minute walk. The price was a bit steep but definitely a good option and would stay there again due to the easy access and location. The “to-go breakfast for someone on the run was great! Would definitely recommend.

Best Location in NYC

Had a great time at this hotel. The location is the best. Only 2 blocks from Grand Central, so you can get anywhere. Stayed 2 days and came back. Asia was very nice and got us into our room early. All the girls working were very nice and helpful. Room was clean, water was hot, A/C was cold. Breakfast was good. Couldn't ask for more.

It felt like the room was part of a suite, with access to adjacent room from within. The next door guests could be heard easily through that door, which was really annoying. The bath had a sliding door which didnt close completely. The room wasnt nice.
