when I arrived the front desk informed me that someone had cancelled my reservation. That he would look to see what actually happened to my reservation because he doesn’t see it and have seat because the line was building up with other people. After waiting in the lobby for an hour I went back to the guy asking about my reservation that he never finished researching. Very unprofessionally he was cutting paper while being able to see me from the lobby. Another employee did the research to see what happened to my reservation and quickly resolved it.
