The hotel unfortunately is not as pictured. The rooms are tired dated, shabby and grubby in places. I would not rate this a 4 star hotel. It’s in need of a refurbishment. The staff are friendly and helpful with daily maid service which you’d expect. Bed was comfortable and sheets clean but towels are not luxurious and the ones we got on a daily basis where threadbare in places. This is not IHG 4 star in UK standards.

This was not a great Even hotel to stay in. The rooms and hallways were dirty. The halls looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. The lobby was dirty. But the worst part was that the internet kept going down and cutting me off from important Teams meetings...it was awful. I am an IHG member and this is by far the worst Even Hotel I have stayed in.

It’s conveniently located. Check in and check out were easy. Room was clean. There is a parking garage around the corner and a subway station a 4 minute walk away. So that was all great. What wasn’t great was the noise. The HVAC worked well but it was crazy noisy. It woke me up Everytime it went on or off. The street outside the hotel was also super noisy. One elevator was broken, which caused long waits. Fortunately we were on the third floor so we could just use the stairs.

We had a rocking toilet that needed to be shimmed. We mentioned it to the front desk, but it was not repaired during our three night stay. The room was very clean (strong disinfectant odour when we first arrived). The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great with friendly service. Nice to be able to walk to the subway, cafés and shopping. We had a great stay for three days

The hotel is in need of renovation. My toilet ran nonstop, despite letting the hotel staff know on the first day of my visit. Only one of the elevators was operational. In places repainting was done in different colors. The punny environmental print EVERYWHERE is quite dated.

Out of two elevators only one working from day one. That one failed too. So for an entire day guests had to walk up and down 14 floors. Some elderly, children ... Stay away from this hotel!
