The staff did not know anything could not help with anything. The TV wasn’t working. The next-door neighbor was able to turn the TV from their room on and off the next-door neighbor was very loud. I believe they lived in the hotel. I had to keep requesting clean towels and washcloths. The tub kept getting backed up. The room was so small. I could barely open up my suitcase in it the hotel had a bunch of people doing drugs in front of it, and at the corner of it.

Would Not Stay Here Again.

Arrived and room was extremely tiny for 2 people, only had one bed and asked to upgrade. Was told the manager would not allow it even though they had rooms available. Bathroom door opened outward and entrance door was right next to it..Could even open the bathroom door all the way it hit the entrance door. I am not sure who designed these rooms, but it was too small for anything. I have never experienced a room this tiny, and I travel almost every weekend and stay in hotels. Woman at the desk was super nice and kept apologizing but wasn't her fault. No parking garage or lot. Have to park on the street and it's a meter!!! Never experienced a hotel without parking as well. Was never to this area before so it was chaotic for me to try to find parking and feel safe with my vehicle on the main street. I think if they allowed us to upgrade and pay more for a bigger room I would not have given such a bad review but why would the manager not allow it?

Really Good overall for the rates!

Overall is really good for the rates; new and clean. But the new porcelain flooring is uncomfortably cold on the feet and I rather have the warmth of the carpet flooring when it is clean carpet.
