The hotel location is perfect to travel around NYC. It is close to the train stations. An abundance of restaurants, and a hop to Soho where one can shop till content. The hotel is quiet and clean. Rooms are cozy and comfortable.

The bathroom and shower were dirty upon checking in. Heater did not work at all. Staff was not present at front desk entire time there. Tons of trash bags in hallway when checking into room. Over all not clean and FREEZING.
