Front desk was polite and accommodating. All my concerns were addressed . I booked this same day for a concert and it literally was perfect walking distance to Madison Square Garden . The hotel is very basic. Retuned to the room at 4.30pm on the first day and despite leaving the "please clean our room" sign on the door the room had not been cleaned. When we raised this with reception I was surprised to be told we had to ask each day for it to be cleaned! They didn't actually clean the rooms, just changed the towels and made the beds. Very noisy on the street side and no sound proofing. Very limited storage space to unpack. clean
