Room clean. Staff was great. Oatmeal was good. Disappointed front desk didn’t point out or offer tickets for comp drinks. When you turn the heat down in your room cold air blows on you when in bed. Bad idea especially when the temperature outside was 13f !!!!!!!

Great location and subway on same block. Great room and view. Room for family of 4 (2 asults and 2 teens) in NYC. Front desk and housekeeping were wonderful. Highly.recommend from our experience and we travel to NYC 3-4 times per year. Only thing we sisnt care for was not ebough towel hooks in bathroom. Would def stay here again.

Loved the view from our 25th floor room. Location is very convenient with a subway stop end of the block. The room itself was comfortable but a bit small but not surprised for an Aloft in NYC. Wesley was great. We’d stay again.
