The room was clean but very small. Not generous with towels and toilet paper. Had to request more toilet paper because they didn't leave any extras in the room. Kept the lobby so hot all the time as well. The upside was a great mattress! Slept very well.

Water pressure was low in the shower. The bathroom layout was not very functional, the room was small, the HVAC made loud, sudden sounds all night, and you could hear hallway noise throughout the night even though we were tucked in a corner.

I had a nice stay overall. The facilities are pretty basic, but everything was clean, and the body care products in the room were surprisingly good. The location is great, super convenient, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The staff were also really courteous and helpful. The only downsides were the thin walls (you can definitely hear your neighbors) and room service being a bit slow. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay.

Nice hotel, great location, multiple restaurants & stores within a couple blocks. Only downside: no laundry facilities (the hotels.com app shows laundry facility but none exist)

When you walk in the carpet looks really old with borders literally warned out. The hallway walls look ugly and the rooms are not very clean. Staff is friendly. It reminded me of staying at motel 6. Very disappointed cause i paid almost $300 per night. They cleaned my room but never replaced towels i had to call 3 times and waited hrs before i could take a shower cause i didn't have a towel.
