The place was great and what was needed for a trip to NYC. I loved the location and also enjoyed the space overall. I did message the host for housekeeping (since I stayed for a little over a week) but didn’t get a response but other than that if you’re looking for a private room and nice space in the midst of New York you can’t go wrong with this place!

Was in a good safe location in the middle of everything. Room was larger than I thought it would be. They will hold your luggage before and after the trip if you arrive or leave late. Only frustration was that the elevator wound usually take 10 minutes to get to the room or out of the room.

Honestly this place could be great with the right management. The location is AMAZING. Walking distance to everything and we felt very safe. It’s very basic, no extras. Check in is a mess. You can’t check in a minute before 4PM and there will be a line. They charge you $7 per bag to drop your bags before check-in and will lose their mind on you if you ask to waive or reduce it. We walked to Target and bought $2 towels rather than using the same ones all week or using the expensive laundry machines on site. It was clean and exactly as described. The Christmas sheets in July really added character. Overall a great value with some quirks. I would stay again.

Well, the room is very small, it has a double double bunk bed what I didn't like is that all this part, that is, if I want to have where to leave my valuable things I have to pay if I want my room cleaned I have to pay if I want parking I have to pay for all that part everything everything I have to look for it It's okay, it's a small place, the price is not so high, well, at least for the season, but I feel very bad that they don't include the daily cleaning of the room the cleaning told me that I had to pay for that service or do it myself, that is, that is a Hotel that I understand, I don't know why they take it as Airbnb and they want you to do everything and apart from paying for it as if it were a Hotel, I don't know what I didn't like that system and otherwise it's fine because it's well located, it's very central.

The building is dirty, there are bugs in the bathroom, only one toilet per floor, the air conditioning barely works, device is terrible, the people who check you in and out treat you super bad like they are doing you a favor. You cannot call that a hotel, worst place I have ever been in my life.
