No hot water, Manual key, lots of noise pollution from the next door room under the connecting door that is not sealed, terrible elevator, wifi is 1 bar, and no outlets anywhere near the bedside table. Staff was nice though.

The staff were all incredibly kind and accommodating!! The location of the hotel was perfect for our quick trip - it’s super close to Radio City Music Hall/Rockefeller Center and our room was clean and quiet! Would stay here again!

The place has an "old NYC" vibe and has an interesting history. It was very convenient that they have a bar/restaurant for lunch and dinner with good food and attentive staff. The building itself is not modern...more like an older NY apartment building...Took a while for the hot water to heat, etc...But enjoyable stay. I'd go again.

My 16 year-old daughter and I stayed here December 20 through the 22nd and we absolutely loved it. You can’t beat the location and the front desk staff were so sweet and helpful. I loved the old-school feel of the lobby and the room decor. Very classic New York. We shared a room with twin beds and it had a spectacular view of the St. Patrick’s Cathedral and Radio City Music Hall. We were also steps from the Rockefeller Tree. I hate to give it such a great review because I don’t want everyone to know about this hidden treasure 😁, but we really loved this hotel and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
