Loved the mattress, the French quarter location is perfect since it’s a couple blocks from Boubon and quieter than other options, and room decor was matching the vibe. We liked the intimate size and it had an elevator. They seemed to have some staffing shortages and Internet issues but were very friendly. The security was excellent!!

Hospitality is great here! Everything in the photos looks as it does in person. That shower water in the room is HOT(love that). Hotel is close enough to Bourbon street yet far enough to where to can’t hear anything when it’s time to go to bed.

the style of the rooms were amazing. the hotel was within walking distance of all of our activities. the restaurant at had very friendly staff and delicious food. now remember, if it's close to bourbon street there is going to be noise at night so if you're looking for complete silence, you'll have to book further from here, however, i would definitely book here again.

I will admit I was skeptical because of the Google reviews, but after staying there myself and making my own opinion, I would stay there again. I did like the location. The proximity to restaurants and entertainment is good parking could be a bit of an issue depending on the day of the week, but other than that, I would recommend to a friend.

The front desk was extremely polite/friendly. Hotel staff greeted me each time they saw me. My only complaint would be cleanliness, my bathroom had stray hairs about that I cleaned and fingerprints on one of the glasses. Overall my stay was very pleasant!
