The staff at the front desk and the cleaning staff were amazingly friendly! The location is nice - situated close to but not in the French Quarter. The bed was very close to the air conditioner and it made it difficult to get the temperature adequately adjusted. Parking was awesome!

Hotel was in a great location, right off trolly stop. cafes and restaurants near by. Quiet area. Bluebike racks were right across St Charles, which was very convenient. Staff was super attentive and welcoming. We were able to leave our luggage until we could check in, and had early check in as well.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Great location away from chaos but close to streetcars to take you where you want to go. Staff seem a little moody and annoyed when you ask them questions. I imagine they get a little tired of dealing with tourists every day. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Be careful when booking if they are having a event on the property you may have to use a different entrance and loose access to their courtyard parking area, which is very inconvenient if you are checking out with a lot of luggage.

This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in. The ambience of this hotel and its rooms is good for couples. Never considered the importance of a hotel smelling really good until I got here - there's a wonderful scent in the general spaces of this hotel. The place is quite neat and the staff are always ready to help in anyway. The room was spacious. The location of the hotel is really good. As most people have said, the coach car is just at the front of the hotel. Magazine street is close by and so also is the Garden district. There's free parking too, which was really nice.

There is some construction next door but rooms have a sound machine to help with the noise AND earplugs are provided. Excellent location. Street car line right across the street. The property is located right across the street from a street car stop. The lobby is nice and clean. Other areas of the hotel need some general maintenance with some water damage here and there. Our room was decently clean, but the floors were dirty. The beds were comfortable. Overall, I would stay here again. The hotel doors lock at night and you have to use a code to get in. We were group of girls and never felt unsafe in the area.
