My only complaints for this otherwise great budget accommodation is that the mattress was very dirty and a bit terrifying to sleep on. The pool was nice, most of the property was attractive and well maintained.

The property is in a good location which is less than a 15 minute drive from French Market and other popular streets. I like the fact its a gated area and has a restaurant on the property. That was convenient and the food was good. Wish they were open everyday or maybe certain nights later hours although our server Sammy was polite and had good recommendations for the food. We did use Lyft to adventure out to save money on parking and avoid any issues with parking. Enjoyed being on the water for half the cost of all the popular hotels. Definitely would stay here again in the future and would recommend others to stay as well.

I don’t know the name of the house keeper that was in charge of my area. But I would like to send a special thanks to her she always made sure we had fresh towel and sheet even though it was hard for her to walk up the stairs she always made sure we where okay.

As a solo traveler in NOLA it was an affordable option for me. The room was overall clean but the mattress was really uncomfortable. The location is near the main city attractions but in an industrial area so having a vehicle is suggested. The bar/restaurant is quite convenient as well.

Friendly staff, horrible experience at property. Not clean, not well maintained, window ac's used to cool, very loud and did not cool! terrible location, unless you enjoy looking at old broke down boats and rv's. Whoever did their website should get an award because it sold us on something that completely did not exist.

Very remote, but quiet and pleasantly restful. Helpful, friendly staff and upstairs restaurant serves nice selection of good bar food. Excellent service all around. A nice morning with "Folger's in your cup" sitting up on the observation deck with the Natchez paddle steamboat docked across the waterway.
