This is a beautiful property in a great location for shops, restaurants, and Bourbon Street. The staff was very friendly and even checked us in early since we were in the area. The only issue is the sound from other rooms - walls seem to be very thin and everything is heard.

A converted sugar factory, full of charm. Views weren't great...I'm not a fan of casinos, and there are car parks nearby...make sure you are as high up as possible

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I really appreciated how quiet it was. The staff are super nice and the property is beautiful.The only thing i would change is the cleaning crew might consider using bleach or some sort of disinfectant in the towels. Aside from that the hotel is fantastic. Thank you to everyone!

The property was clean and the hotel staff was very attentive. Bartender was hard to locate several times so ended up going to other bars. Rooms were updated and clean but bed and chairs are low so hard for older folks. Unfortunately it’s very loud with the boats and trains through the night honking horns and whistles. Well taken care of property and security at nights and key required to get to your floor so very secure.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are really small but updated. The parking options are terrible. The connection lot is not owned by the hotel and cost $66 per 24 hours to park and you can only pay for up to 24 hrs at a time. If you’re going to use it for the week, do yourself a favor and take a picture of the QR code so you can pay parking from any location. We were 15 minutes late paying for another day and they put a boot on our car. This cost $90 additional for them to remove it. 15 minutes late. It cost over $300 to park from Wednesday at 3 until Saturday at 3.

The room was adequate and clean. However, it was small. There was a bed, two end tables and a chair. There wasn’t a dining table or a bathtub. I was a little disappointed in it for the money we spent.

Excellent staff!! Just superb! I told them it was my daughter’s birthday the next day & they remembered it, wished her a happy birthday, gave fabulous suggestions for dinner, etc. Entire experience was great (great decor, comfy bed etc) but the staff was the best part!
