Our stay was awful from start to finish. The first room’s toilet leaked every time it flushed, and when they moved us, the new room’s TV didn’t work. Every night we came back to flies in the room, and the AC unit dripped water onto the floor nonstop. Housekeeping ignored the “Do Not Disturb” sign, and when we needed towels or toilet paper, they never brought them. Expedia tried to help, but the hotel denied everything, even the room change. DO NOT STAY HERE. The rooms are disgusting, and they’ll lie to keep your money.

The area is not great, which made me nervous at first, however, the hotel is safe. The rooms weren’t too bad, the bed was firm, which isn’t my preference, but it was fine. No bugs. The workers were kind and helpful!

Anthony, the manager was amazing but the 1 housekeeper was unprofessional and very rude . The power went out due to a power shortage before we checked out so I was in the dark taking a shower with no power or electricity. It’s not the best hotel but if you’re on a budget this will work.

When we arrived, no staff were present to check us in. We waited at the front desk for about three minutes before an employee entered from a side door, walked across the lobby, and said only, “Reservation number,” with no greeting or apology. His tone was cold and dismissive. We were assigned a room on the third floor, but only one light—the bathroom light—was working. A maintenance staff member confirmed this. I returned to the front desk to request another room, and the same employee said, “I don’t have time for this,” before typing aggressively and handing us a new key for room 409. The second room had better lighting and some updates, but the tub’s paint was peeling, the bathroom door was poorly painted and chipped at the bottom, and the main door had a gap of about 1.5 to 2 inches from the floor. The space between the door jamb and the slab was also large enough to slide a piece of paper through, compromising privacy and comfort. We had reservations for three nights but checked out after two. When I spoke with the manager, Tahiti, I explained my reasons for leaving early. I understand that every guest experience can differ, but this one did not meet expectations. I would like the owners to contact me regarding a refund for the two nights that I did not stay.

It was dirty, the toilet leaked. It said 3 stars. The table in the room had several cigarette burns the night stand was broken with cigarette burns the carpet was stained mold in the room in the vents. I stayed for the 4 hours and was afraid of the roaches.

They were hosting a theater group who was doing a "performance" in their pool area. Every room was effected. They gave all the parking to this group leaving guests to fend for themselves. The staff at the front desk was apathetic at best. The pictures on Hotels.com do not accurately reflect the condition of this hotel. They are putting lipstick on a pig. There was no remote for the tv, no remedy for that either. Oh one more thing....the play going on really sucked.

I did not book rooms here. Your app messed up and froze and booked 3 rooms I couldn’t even check into at that time. It emptied my account and left me and 2 children sleeping in my car on the side of the road in New Orleans. I lost $200 for NOTHING. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years or more. I am livid.

The shower and misleading pics were the problem

The room was definitely old and not what I saw in the pictures on the website at all. It was outdated the ceiling looked like it was about to fall and if you stepped on the floor in certain spots it felt like you were gonna go through the floor. Everything was clean that I expected to be like the bed but the bathroom was horrible the shower was pretty much unusable because their was water pressure if you could say but it really just fell out like a bath faucet and that really wouldn’t have been a problem if the shower would actually drain but it filled up and took atleast 30 mins to drain the water out of the tub so that was definitely the worse part. The staff was super nice and friendly so no complaints there but I think the pictures need to be updated to represent the current state of the rooms and that elevator is sketchy I would recommend the good ole stairs for sure.

The room itself stunk and had mold in the bathroom. The a/c had been turned off all day so it was really hot when we got in at 10pm and had to wait over 2 hrs for it to cool down enough to go sleep. Other wise it was quiet and safe just lack amenities other hotels offered. But the price was fair and decent.
