The room was great , clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only and I mean the only thing that was not right is we did not get the room we originally reserved. We reserved a river view and we didn’t get it. But we were too tired from traveling that we didn’t want to bother checking back down stairs.

Hotel under renovation so there were some rough edges here and there. The surrounding sidewalks and streets were a bit NOLA rough. However, Marriott was centrally located for most everything.
