I checked my luggage in around 8am & left hotel while they prepared my room. I pre checked in the day prior. I’d been traveling since 12am I figured between 10am-12pm they would surely have a room available for early check in. By 1:30 I’d called them at least 3 times & they weee still saying my room wasn’t available. @2pm I asked for a manager & he assured me the room wasn’t ready. I asked him to verify which room had I reserved & this entire time they had the wrong room I reserved in their system. So I waited for hrs because they didn’t verify my room type & when h finally gave me the key I was placed on a level with consistent construction. I will never stay here again. The younger ladies at the front were not very friendly or welcoming but the elderly ladies were very pleasant

The older lady at the front desk during the day is amazing! I think her name is Joy. She made our stay worthwhile. The bathrooms are super small, but the bar staff was excellent. For that, it’s worth returning!!!

Hotel is lovely. The only thing we were surprised about was the valet parking and no one could recommend more parking to void paying the $104 when we only stayed pretty much 36-38 hours in New Orleans.
