Everything was great. The staff was absolutely amazing. Raven was top tier. I gave 4 stars only because the elevators were experiencing mechanical issues. The wait for the elevators to go down was on average 5-7 minutes. Clearly mechanical issues are unforeseen circumstances and the staff did everything in their power to accommodate this issue.

The manager Ms. Carmen, and her staff: Magnolitha, Lashanda, Vegas, the concierge and the staff at Longitude 90, worked together to make my stay enjoyable with top-tier service and attention.
