We were warmly greeted by AJ, the bellman, and Jonathan, the valet. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for guests immediately set the tone for the rest of our stay. Because we arrived before the 4 p.m. check-in, we decided to relax at the bar, where we met Vegas, the bartender. She was absolutely amazing—her cocktails were top-notch, and her personality sparkled. Vegas truly embodies what great customer service should be! While at the bar, we also met Joy—and her name says it all! She radiated positivity and made us feel completely at home. Every single staff member we encountered delivered luxury-level service that exceeded expectations and elevated our entire New Orleans getaway. From Karen, who helped me book the room, to AJ and Jonathan with their impeccable assistance, to Vegas and Joy who made us feel so welcomed and special—these five exceptional team members made our stay unforgettable. I absolutely loved my stay at Le Meridien and can’t wait to return. I’ll be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family visiting New Orleans—because when you want warmth, style, and genuine hospitality, Le Meridien is the place to stay!

Weird corner bathroom was very small and tight. Right next to Mother's restaurant and casino. Not much grab n go available, just the lobby bar. $25 mandatory resort fee will be added daily. Only credits bar purchases. Street noise could be heard clearly from 8th floor. Great location.

Hotel was clean and beautiful staff was very friendly and professional. My only complaint was the elevators it was only one working my room was on the 23rd floor. It took me 25 minutes to get to lobby. If I wasn’t up so high I would have taken the stairs. But 23flights of stairs at my age no way. Besides that I had a great experience and would Definitely stay there again and recommend.

The hotel's location, related to the business reason for our visit, is excellent; however, it is also a perfect location for exploring everything New Orleans has to offer. The chosen apartment was spacious, had a great view, and was well-equipped, but it lacked a bathrobe and slippers. When booking the accommodation, I chose the option with breakfast, which is why the price was higher. On the second morning, at breakfast, I was informed that I needed to present the vouchers that the receptionist had given me upon arrival, but I had not received them. So, I had to go back to the reception and present the Hotels.com receipt to resolve this. Immediately upon arrival, I announced that I would need a formal invoice in the company's name for both guests due to regulations in our country. The receptionist informed me that I would receive it on the day of check-out, but I did not get it. Instead, they told me that they would send them to me via e-mail, which they did not do, even after 6 days. Upon arrival, payment was made immediately for both rooms (exact price stated in the Hotels.com receipt). However, on October 5th, the first payment was canceled, and we were recharged for an accommodation price higher than what was stated in the Hotels.com receipt. In the hotel restaurant, you have to wait quite a long time for breakfast to be served, and the staff hardly ever smiles.
