Overcharged!!

They overcharged my credit! They charged me for 3 nights of parking and I only stayed 2 nights! They charged me a $150.00 deposit which I never received back! When calling the hotel I can not get any help!

The one hot day none of the ice machines worked - mind you the hotel has 14 floors but only 3 ice machines for the entire hotel guests to use. The room was not actually as big as the pictures in the advertisement appears to be. and my biggest complaint - I am used to hotel rooms being cleaned everyday and being stocked with essentials: ie: toilet paper, clean towels, etc. - this hotel does not do that at all!
