The rooms were older a little ran down in the bathroom. They ran out of towels one day. The gym equipment didn’t work specifically the treadmills. I needed to wash clothes but it only took quarters and they told me I had to walk down the street to get quarters from a store if I need to change because they didn’t have any. All in all we had an OK experience. The area is full of homeless people everywhere you go so be prepared for that.

Now the room was clean. But it could be improved a little old fashion. Some of the staff was very friendly But some need more training on hospitality. Towels was limited didn't seem like my party couldn't have enough of towels. Breakfast needs to be upgraded. Not enough variety and everyone don't eat pork. Not enough fruit available I didn't have breakfast there I had to go out abd get breakfast.

It was a last minute stay for us but we encountered problem after problem while staying there and staff did their best to accommodate us but the floor in both rooms were sticky with something in carpet, plug did not work nor did air in the first room but after making a complaint we were finally moved to another room at 3AM

Location is great and staff is nice. However the rooms are moldy. I had a horrible reaction and asked to switch rooms but the second room was just as bad. I stayed in the accessible king rooms.

stayed in Room 1508 and had two serious safety concerns that need immediate attention. The smoke detector in the room was extremely old, showing a date from 2008, which is far past the recommended service life for a working fire alarm. This is a major fire-safety issue. On top of that, the room door did not lock properly. The latch and deadbolt would not fully engage, which made the room feel unsafe. Issues like these should never be overlooked in a hotel, especially one carrying the La Quinta/Wyndham name. Please address these concerns right away. Guest safety should always come first.
