This place is located right in the middle of everything which was great for us. Now this place doesn't have a vendor machine or laundry room. The cleaning crew are loud in the morning especially if you sleep late. We would stay again just for the location of the property

Overall this was a great hotel. The ambiance was fantastic, the bar was great, the staff was very friendly. The only thing that I didn’t like is that instead of using fitted sheets on the bed they used a top sheet. I’m not sure if they ran out of fitted sheets but It was very odd and I have never seen this done before.

This was the worst place I’ve stayed at my entire life! The staff was horribly rude. I had many issues I addressed to them and I did not once hear “I’m sorry. How can we fix it?” They just gave me blank stares and an IDGAF attitude. And the supervisor of the night had the nerve to tell me she was THEE manager and there wasn’t anyone above her. I eventually found the GM and spoke to him. He was apologetic although he didn’t offer me anything. He just said thanks for your feedback. Like HELLO I’m paying to stay in this dinky place that doesn’t have running water, working outlets, no room service, and no blow dryer?? Absolutely ridiculous. Horrible horrible staff.

From check in desk so very unprofessional .Was not greeted the lady that checked myself and husband in very unpleasant attitude 🙄 the room was dirty and a very bad smell of mold. There is no way nobody was unaware of the smell. Other also said the same thing on the 10th floor but in our room also had the smell. To top it off the ac stopped working. It was 86 degrees in our room . The bartender and the service lady that came to checkout our ac that had just stopped working was the only staff that showed a pleasant attitude and professionalism. They finally changed our room the 2nd day at the end of the night without a sorry.

I booked a stay at International House New Orleans because it was listed as part of Expedia’s VIP Access program, but the experience was far from what was promised. I was given a room with no view, and the $130 tour credit that was advertised as part of the booking was never provided. The hotel staff insisted that the credit should come from Expedia, and only at checkout — when I was already preparing to leave the city — did they give me a small voucher that was essentially useless at that point.

Terrific hotel. Great location, very cool vibe in the lobby w good music and portraits of Prince and Hendrix, and a very comfy bar as well as a sushi place. Had a problem w my a/c one night, they sent up an engineer at 8 pm who fixed it right away. Highly recommend.
