No offer of the free breakfast. Bagel at cafe was room temp, no toasted option. GREAT latte. Info at minifridge said gratis wine and bottled water. We drank the two bottles of water in the fridge and they were never replenished. Room and bed very clean and comfy and chic. Great water pressure in shower, but water temp would shift from cold to scalding to cold during shower. Front desk and cafe staff very nice but not overly helpful with info re amenities etc.

I loved this hotel and its location. The hotel itself is nice, quaint, definitely a chill vibe, and I will be staying here again. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We were able to get on the streetcar to get to the French Market as well as walk to food places on Magazine Street. Look no further! This is where you want to be.

I am a local who decided to have a staycation in the city. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Very clean, modern with a very comfortable bed. I would stay here again. There was one hiccup with my bill that was quickly taken care of.

The hotel is great the biggest problem is that the hotel has no regular TV in room. Only offers different computer options. Very bad if you don’t have different APPS. Also a huge problem for guests who don’t use APPs
