The area around the pool and hot tub was very pleasant. I am not sure if the hot tub was working. It was cold when we dipped our toes into it. The picturesque patio made up for it!

This place is a New Orleans classic from the front of house service to the courtyard building. Very eclectic. And very quiet but only a block from all of the French Quarter action and food. We have stayed many times over the years in many of their rooms (all unique) and will stay many more. Simply fantastic!

Nice spacious apartment for a weeks stay in NOLA. Location is great! Unfortunately no parking on property. Had to pay for street parking and pay every 2 hours during the day. Or pay a lot mor inthe parking structure.Wish they could make a good deal woth near by properys for parking. Very close to everything we wanted to do!

Very nice stay. Courtyard is very peaceful. One block from bourbon street. We never used our car the whole week we were there. Very central area and walking distance to everything. When we couldnt walk we jumped on the trolly car. Amaxing trip. The staff was very nice and accommodating as well. Highly highly recommend and we will be back

An overlooked gem in The Quarter

We've been visiting New Orleans for Southern Decadence (Labor Day) for 25+ years. We've stayed all over, stayed at favorites that had to close due to death or economy. We had never heard of The Grenoble House. Somehow this year it fell into our search and we couldn't be more grateful. Safe, secure property. Close to everything in the Quarter plus street car lines. They have 17 rooms, all suites (that I know). Ours was considered a small room but it was bigger than the house I rented in The Quarter for a year. We kept. Always staffed. Free wi-fi. Complimentary coffee in room as well as water / coffee in lobby. Room(s) were clean and well apportioned (ok our unit needed more towel hooks). But OH, the shower! We expect another 20 Southern Decadence visits and hope that they can all be at The Grenoble House. Special note: ALL of the staff was wonderful to interact with. I need to bring special attention to Michael. He handled every question with care, concern and professionalism. The world needs more Michaels

Perfect for Groups

The hotel is in a convenient location - close to Canal and Bourbon but far enough to be quiet at night. The staff was friendly and helpful. Some rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors - so if stairs are a problem, request the 1st floor. The rooms were clean and the garden/pool area was beautifully kept.

The rooms were very spacious. It was handy to be able to cool off in the pool from a hot day of wandering around. Being only a block away from Bourbon Street, there were plenty of options for food and easy walking to many of the attractions. The area was nice and quiet.

I enjoyed the property, most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and patio area was pleasant but needed some work. The room was clean but needed some maintenance, some lights were not working and the dishwasher was broken.

Nice hotel full kitchen right next to Bourbon St all bars walking distance only thing that I fidnt like about the property is the night receptionist keep locking the door to the entrance at 7pm I was told it would stay open til 9pm just felt like he was over controlling, also parking is horrible and the property doesn't offer it the cheapest option is to valet with the hotel next door they were really nice and fast getting the car when needed
