This renovated three-bedroom home puts you right in the heart of it: close to the streets that define the neighborhood, and comfortable enough that heading back inside always feels like the right call.

The space
The living room is anchored by exposed beams and generous natural light, giving the interior a warmth that feels genuine rather than assembled. A 50-inch HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, and Netflix makes winding down easy, while central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep the atmosphere exactly as you like it year-round. Fast wifi and a dedicated workspace - behind its own door - means staying connected between plans is no trouble at all.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests, each outfitted with cotton linens and room-darkening shades for uninterrupted rest. Two and a half bathrooms - one with a bathtub - keep mornings running smoothly no matter the group size.

Kitchen & dining
The chef’s kitchen is fully set up for proper cooking: a Frigidaire refrigerator, electric stove, single oven, microwave, and dishwasher are joined by a drip coffee maker, toaster, baking sheet, pots and pans, and all the cooking basics you need. A full set of dishes, bowls, cups, cutlery, and utensils is ready to go, and the dining table brings everyone together for a meal. Coffee is stocked and waiting for the morning.

Practicalities & family extras
In-unit washer and dryer, an iron, hangers, a safe, and clothing storage take care of the everyday essentials. The home is single-level with no stairs throughout - easy for everyone in the group. Bathrooms include a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. Families with young children will find a pack ‘n play/travel crib with sheets and a folding or convertible high chair with food tray both available upon request, and babysitter recommendations can be arranged. Cleaning service is also available during your stay.

Outdoor & location
A private entrance leads out to a patio and backyard - a quiet spot to sit when the evenings cool. Magazine Street is a short walk away, lined with boutiques, cafés, and restaurants. The streetcar is just blocks from the home, giving you easy access to the French Quarter, the Superdome, and Tulane. Free street parking and self check-in via smart lock make arrival effortless from the moment you pull up.
