New Years Stay in New Orleans

We enjoyed our stay! The property is as pictured and is well located in Central New Orleans. We were able to walk to the quarter, Riverwalk, and Magazine Street shops from our location. Checking in and out was a breeze as well.

Destination wedding

Location is good and is easily accessible to French quarter and area restaurants by walking. Condo had a musty odor which management company responded to quickly. There are many other options available in the refinery building so would recommend choosing a different one.

Great location!

The property was labeled as The Refinery above the door, but the blue lit door is more of what you see from the street. After we found it, the place was great! Very clean, nice space, with a little welcome lagniappe 😃 It was well stocked with some basics too. I would definitely stay there again! Communication with the property management team was always fast and easy, and we were able to reserve a locker for our luggage since we arrived before check-in time. Wonderful place!

We absolutely loved staying in this apt. It's not only beautifully decorated but it was very clean, comfortable, especially the beds, I slept so well. I loved to little touches, like the gold small seals and the paper towels and toilet paper, they also provided two toothbrushes, toothpaste, and a personalized note with local snacks. It's very close to cafes, restaurants, and shopping. It's about a mile from the French Quarters and Bourbon St, two short blocks from the outlets and cruise port. It's a great location. I would love to stay again on our next visit.

Incredible property for our girls’ trip!

We visited over Memorial Day weekend for our girls’ trip! My teenager daughter and niece loved the vibe of the apartment and its location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go - French Quarter is close to one mile and the WWII Museum is about 1/2 mile and so many other things are within a mile. We loved the central location in the Warehouse district along with the quietness at night. Amenities galore - if you forget your toothbrush, they have it! Well stocked kitchen along with some snacks and beverages. Super comfy beds- more comfortable than my bed at home. Instead of using a surface lot for overnight parking, I used the WTG Garage about 2 blocks away. Easypeasy! Thank you for the great customer service, too! When we return to NOLA, we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect home base in NOLA

We enjoyed our stay in The Jazz unit. It was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, comfortable living/dining/kitchen area. There were nice details, like sodas in the fridge for us and chips. The location is excellent - walking distance to the French Quarter and Outlet shops. There are several nice restaurants in the neighborhood as well. Overall this was an excellent experience and I would definintely stay here again.

Perfect spot for Jazz Fest

Great Location and property was clean and comfy! We were in town for Jazz Fest and it was an easy uber ride away! Ate out most nights so did not use kitchen much, but it was comfortable place to return to rest up and get ready for another day of awesome music at Jazz Fest! Property manager responded quickly to inquiries! Thank you !

Spring trip.

Parking is NOT provided (listed with amenities such as washer/dryer). Shows view from top of building which is not available. Overall a very nice unit and a very good location. We walked everywhere we wanted to go.
