Literally had long black hair all over the shower. In addition to that there was a yellow ring around the toilet. It was VERY obvious that they don’t clean the room. Not an oversight, they try to make it look clean. Breakfast was good though.

Very clean room and friendly staff. A rich and varied breakfast. This hotel is well managed. Free parking and the location is very convenient. Close to the biggest shopping center- the lakeside shopping center. The tower looks magnificent.

Very old carpet—-needs updating and dusty ledges that is very visible . Stairwells are inaccessible when the very slow elevators doesn’t come in handy when the line is long . Overall, everything was great. I just wish turkey meat was offered instead of pork at breakfast. Also, the property had a pool, but it was only for the tenants in the building next door, not hotel guests. Having access to a pool would have been a wonderful addition.
