The room was clean. The elevator to the 3rd floor needs a lot of work. Also, I requested an early check-in and was charged $25. Yet, upon arrival I was asked to take a seat that there were 3 people ahead of me and the front desk clerk was waiting on a room list from housekeeping. I would like to know how to get my $25 refund.

The team here is very friendly and helpful. The property is unique and was a great choice versus staying in the French Quarter. A huge shout out to Michael for jumping off my car after our cruise and even asking if he could get some tree debris off of it for our drive home. Highly recommend this property.
