Great hotel and location

From the time we entered the hotel doors we were greeted with nothing but kindness from all staff members. The room was clean and the view was lovely. The hotel is walkindlg distance to Canal, Bourbon and royal street. Next door is a nice breakfast called Ruby Slippers and around the corner is another Cafe. Right up the street is a bar tucked in the corner called little bar for a night cap! Overall the hotel is in a great location and i would definitely book with there again.

Great location. Just don’t expect to have your room cleaned during your stay. We asked twice for our room to be cleaned and it never done. Finally we just asked for clean towels to be delivered and they never were. We ended up going to ask for them again at the front desk and we were given some towels. Not sure where the disconnect in communication was. Won’t be staying here again or recommending to anyone.

The location was phenomenal! However, the parking was horrible! Parking your own car a few blocks down and having to walk to and from the parking garage every time I needed my car and paying $45 was INSANE!

A very enjoyable stay. The room was clean and quiet, even with the noise of Canal St. plus the staff was friendly. They do have a coat/bag check here in case you need to have them watch your luggage after checkout!
