The staff at Crowne Plaza are amazing!!!!! We stayed for 8 days. Could not fault anything. Would absolutely stay there again, and would recommend them in a heartbeat. The whole stay has been really enjoyable. And so convenient to everything. We walked almost everywhere. Honestly, Crowne Plaza your staff are an absolute asset to your hotel. They all deserve BIG Xmas bonuses!!!!!! Please tell them they’re amazing ❤️

Meh.

The bed was hard. There was only one thin blanket on the bed, only slightly thicker than a sheet. I asked TWICE that a warmer comforter be brought up. There were finally two extra (but also incredibly thin) blankets sitting on the bed when we got back at the end of the day, but I waited an extra hour for Housekeeping to bring the blankets BEFORE we left for the day, cutting into my exploring the city time. It was absolutely FREEZING in that room with that one thin blanket even with the AC turned all the way off. The charge for valet parking was absurd. $49.00 a day. Absolutely outrageous. We were never told the vehicle had to be retrieved by 2 pm, otherwise there would be a $20.00 late fee that had to be paid in cash. So, imagine our shock and surprise when we picked up our car at 4:30 and had no cash on us and had to pay even more for the valet service. That was disappointing and a total rip-off. That all being said, the hotel was beautiful, conveniently located, and the staff was unbelievably kind and friendly, though not always helpful.
