Really, really dirty. Hallways filthy, room disgusting and musty smelling- urine in the wastebasket in bathroom. Couldn't walk without shoes on in the room and there was some black something growing around the electrical socket under desk. Pool was closed, fitness center very old and the vouchers that were promised for free drinks weren't provided- we were told they "ran out". Despite room sign requesting room cleaning- in a 5 day stay our room was never cleaned- we also ran out of toilet paper and coffee and had to retrieve it ourselves 10 floors down in the main lobby. Also very noisy. Other options for similar price that would've been better- first time to new orleans- now i know.

Upon checking in our toilets were running over and the fridge was full of old food from previous guest. The staff was super rude when I informed them of the inconvenience. No microwave in the rooms is insane actually. And again the STAFF is horrible. Very rude and unprofessional with zero hospitality. You don’t need to work at a hotel if you don’t have hospitality and a friendly personality.
