Location was good. We were in town for a concert at the Jazz and Blues Market, which was 5 minutes away. The Quarter was only 10 minutes away. The restaurants on Feret St were a short walk. Parking was free, but in an open lot just across the street, so overall good for downtown NOLA. Room was clean and comfortable, and we'd definitely stay there again.

It was a very nice room. Only issue I saw was that water from the shower would leak out in the bathroom floor, but that’s not due to maintenance or lack there of. It’s just the design of the shower floor so nothing to do with the staff. The staff is nice and they always have someone available if you need anything. I’d stay there again!

Great hotel

Everyone was very friendly and professional. The room was very nice, clean and bed was comfortable. The walls are a little thin so some outside noise was noticeable until the other guests went to sleep. This hotel is next to Baptist hospital and was a perfect option before my surgery.

Excellent management and front door lobby staff. The bell hop guys were terrific and over the top helpful. This is a very old property with great character. The property is very convenient to walk or Uber to Tulane Univerairy.
