Positives: Friendly and helpful staff, lovely pool, great breakfast and the woman stocking the breakfast area was so kind and helpful. Negatives: I tried to bathe my children and there was no hot water in my room. They gladly moved us to another room but it had the same problem. Our heating system was so loud it would startle my children awake throughout the night as it turned on. Overall, I would try this hotel again - we stayed here in the summer months and had no issues at all.

Would like to see more fruit (bananas) and yogurt as a breakfast option. The room was clean, modern and beds were comfortable. Our room (412) had hooks in the bathroom that were detached from the wall (hanging by the plugs) and rusty toilet paper holders. Just minor things that would take the hotel from rating it 4 stars vs 5.
