"I would not recommend spending your money on this hotel. Throughout the property, there are signs warning guests about fines for smoking in the rooms, yet the entire hotel has a strong, stale smoke odor. Some of the issues I experienced were: 1. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that smelled heavily of smoke. 2. The bed sheets appeared dirty. 3. Many of the people staying at the hotel seemed to be long-term residents, and the overall atmosphere made me feel uncomfortable. 4. The bathtub had visible rust. 5. The breakfast was disappointing there were very few options available, and the quality was poor. That said, there were two positive aspects of my stay: 1. Staff: After I reported the issues with my original room, the staff promptly moved me to a better room without any hassle. Their willingness to help was appreciated. 2. Shuttle Service: The shuttle service was excellent, with great communication and reliable transportation. Unfortunately, while the staff and shuttle service were great, the overall condition of the hotel did not meet my expectations and for that I will NEVER BE STAYING HERE AGAIN."
