I should have know it was going to be a problem when I saw the stain on the comforter. I got ate up by bed bugs in room 129. Had to get out of there asap, it was approx 1:30 am. Then I was moved from a King Bed to a Suite (the manager made mentions as if it was a favor) room 212. Get there and it was filthy and I'm now in a Queen bed. I couldn't fall asleep until almost 4 am, I was so uncomfortable. I prefer a King Bed to sleep in. I have a heart condition therefore I was unable to keep walking back and forth. Glow lights on the floor next to the nightstand, makeup pads and trash under the radiator and bed. No hand soap or extra toilet paper in the room. I wound up checking out of there early. No other accommodations were offered. This used to be one of my favorite getaway spots. I have stayed her at least 3 times before and recommended it to others. I will not go back. My body is all bumped up and itchy.

I used to go to this hotel a few years ago and it always felt a bit higher end. Unfortunately, it seems to have gone downhill quite a bit in terms of facility upkeep and customer service. It’s not terrible but it definitely feels less nice than before. I would probably stay here again if the price was right but i would keep my expectations low.

The first room had crickets and so they had to move me to a room on the 2nd floor. The bed was okay. The first floor hallway smelled of cigarette and weed smoke and people would prop open the side doors of the building even though the staff made it very clear that guests could not enter the property from the outside using those doors and we were to only enter via the main entrance. For the price not a place I would recommend staying at when there are nicer hotels for less per night.

The room was clean, the staff terrific, but it would have been a 5 star if breakfast were included. We traveled with friends and staff was fine with us playing cards in the lobby. Very amiable staff and my daughter unexpectedly joined us and they upgraded our room. Thank you!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable but there were crickets in the bathroom. Not sure how they were coming in but every time I killed one another one showed up (all weekend).
