The room wasn’t what we booked, there was no sign of house cleaning, and no hot water. The room was dirty. The entire hotel was disgusting. Trash in the hallways and elevator. There was also vomit in the hallway right in front of the elevator and close to our room. It was there the first night and was still there when we checked out. There was also no continental breakfast or complimentary coffee, as offered on the website. The staff was not helpful with any of our issues. We were told they would discount our stay, but we never received a discount. I am happy we got travelers insurance for our trip. I have filed a claim and hope we get a full refund.

It's under renovation so I'm sure it's going to be nice after that is done but my room which was not yet updated smelled like smoke and there was also a plastic bag over the smoke detector. It was fine for a place to crash.
