"I have to admit this has been the worst hotel I have checked into. From being picked up at the airport by a Hyatt shuttle driver, who almost gave me a heart attack driving at high speeds. To walking into a hot humid hotel and room. The bathroom smelled musty, the blow dryer was broken I called for a replacement twice. Never received it. The bed was squeaky. And the staff was not pleasant. I would not recommend. You get what you pay for. "

"Airport shuttle took almost an hour to come to pick me up, the room (I had to change 3, first door didn’t work, second black out curtains broken and a/c very noise and stinky, third just stinky) but I was exhausted after 12 hours flight, one hour waiting at the airport and one hour to find a better room.
