Staff was friendly. Did not like rooms have bad smell and main problem was the bathroom, shower was slow and water was warm not hot, toilet was not flushing in one of our room, no lotion or cream, no bath mat and no fan in the bathroom, coffee machine was not working at all. I will not stay there again. I will not recommend this hotel.

The room was very nice , the staff at the front desk was very helpful and restaurant staff was friendly. The only issue I had was the toilet in the room, had to fill the tank to flush the toilet. My stay was good.

The room was superficially clean. Hair in the shower drain and garbage in the ice bucket. TV channels left a lot to be desired. The bed was comfortable and clean. I checked in around 8 pm and the front desk person was excellent. Good communication and service. The next morning I want to get complimentary coffee in the lobby. It was old and not hot. I asked Maria, the person at the front desk, if they were going to put out fresh coffee and she said later when both carafe’s were empty. She hung up on me and was very rude. She alone would keep me from staying there again. Hansel, in the restaurant was so kind and helpful he almost makes up for Maria. The hotel is reasonable, mostly clean, comfortable and ok for an overnight stay. No restaurants or businesses in the area. The only morning food option I found was the 10$ breakfast buffet at the hotel. I stayed there because of the airport shuttle. Probably won’t stay again. Very bare bones situation.

The problem was neither the facility or the app was able to resolve the issue with location. I asked for a place next to international airport but it was next to hobby. I reserved less than 24hr but no reimbursement available when it was the apps issue. The app said to call hotel for reimbursement and hotel said call the app.

Disgruntled

Poor service, tried to call for shuttle from airport to hotel and got put on hold 5 or 6 times, finally gave up and took a cab after half an hour...Then waited for another half hour to get registered, in spite of trying to check in online. You still have to wait on the front desk! There's little options to eat here..... Outrageous taxi prices to the terminal! Shower in the room was very weak and lukewarm, but the room was clean.
