Hair dryer and coffee pot did not work. The mattress on my bed had to be 20 years old, it flattened right down when I sat on it and it was lumpy as well .. I can’t explain it but it was worn right down. The lobby is beautiful but you walk down the hallway and time rolls back 20 years and you’re in an old run down motel. I don’t usually complain but I could not wait for this review. Oh and there was thick dark hair in the sink tub and on the floor in the bathroom… I’m blonde and my friend has red hair.

I was checked in for 3 hours and found a cockroach in my room, went to the front desk they did nothing. No offer to change my room, no refund. I moved hotels. Do not recommend.

Overall, the room was clean, the furniture was in pretty good/ok condition. Wi-Fi did not work, even though the tv showed it was connected to guest wifi. Unless I had to pay for it, but I wasn’t given any information about Wi-Fi when I checked in; so I couldn’t watch Netflix, only the 3-4 direct channels. Hallway carpet smells like mildew, it needs to be updated. But the room had fake wood floor, so it was clean enough for me on the inside. Overall look of the outside building is ok. I didn't feel super safe, no security or secured parking, but that’s somewhat to be expected of most hotels in Texas. Overall, I came and enjoyed my bed. Just hated I didn’t have working guest wifi. I had a short stay so I didn’t bother to ask how to resolve. Front desk employees were nice and respectful. So thank you.

The shuttle was a 50 minute wait. The hotel is in bad need of renovations. The musty smell in the hallways and my room was awful. My air conditioner was broken physically but still pushed out air. The function to control fan speed did not work.

Staff was friendly. Did not like rooms have bad smell and main problem was the bathroom, shower was slow and water was warm not hot, toilet was not flushing in one of our room, no lotion or cream, no bath mat and no fan in the bathroom, coffee machine was not working at all. I will not stay there again. I will not recommend this hotel.
