Neaded a good place for extended layover at George Bush. Shuttle was very fast, front desk young lady was exceptional and next morning return to the airport could not have been better. Could have used something to eat. Cash only food shop was poorly stocked as one cooler was out of order. Cash only is hard for people these days and doesn't make much sense these days.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff was amazing — incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. I had an early morning flight, and having reliable transportation to the airport made my trip so much easier and stress-free. Arriving to the hotel look nice u til I got to my room and on the elevator through the halls there where roach everywhere. Very unsanitary! Very uncomfortable to stay, front desk was nice enough to provide Lysol for the room but I did not like my stay at all and it was very short.

This hotel one of them ones. I absolutely loved my stay. It smelled amazing . It was sooo clean . I had booked last minute from checking out same day at a different hotel that was not clean . I will definitely be booking again when I visit Houston

NO one at the front desk at 8:30 pm. Hotle employee from Hilton next door came and checked me in but took for ever. No food-vending or otherwise available on premises Had to drive a couple of blocks to get water and food.
