Staff were great. Hotel was clean. But OMG why 4 air freshener machines in the lobby alone. The scent was toooooooo muche for someone with scent allergies and asthma. We were on the first floor and it was still wafting under the room door. The scent was sooo over powering. It too much.

I was texted information about the airport shuttle which said the shuttle ran from 5:00 am - 10:00 pm. When I called the hotel to get a shuttle to the hotel at about 12:00 noon they proceeded to tell me that the shuttle doesn’t run between 12 noon and 3:00 so we had to take a taxi that cost us $30.

I mentioned to the Duty manager the night we arrived, I've finished a cold shower, and it doesn't seem like hot water is going through our room 301. He said he "doesn't know what to do". Assisted to wait till the morning and its the first he's heard of that? I asked for another but the same room & it was a very easy fix, as the Duty manager should already know these alternatives.....its the last thing you want to hear after a 14hr international flight and all you want to do is have a hot shower and sleep at 12 mid-night and is the only reason I rated Staff & Service 3 star besides this, we would definitely stay here again Keep up the good work
