The hotel is lovely. My complaint was the airport shuttle was not available 3 of the 4 times I needed it. The reason I booked this hotel was because of the airport shuttle. So on top of paying for the hotel I have to pay for an uber twice and a cab once.

Evening staff was fantastic, morning staff made me feel like I was being a bother. I had lost my cane. Lady seemed annoyed that I asked if was turned in. She just looked behind her and said....no it's not her. Next, to hotel felt very cold. But our room was very cold. Has to shut the fan off, the heat wouldn't even turn on after I turned it on and put it to the max heat, still just blow cold.
