"The hotel is very nice and will return sometime. My only problem was the cleaning staff missed an area in the bathroom, and when the desk was notified it was immediately resolved. They also gave me a different room, because the mattress was too soft for me and I was grateful for that. No one is perfect, and for various reasons things can and do get overlooked sometimes. I have no problem with the Sandman,they were kind and made right all discrepancies "

"We booked this room specifically for the hot tub. There was a lot of noise from the room above and in the hallways (even at 4am in the morning). We informed the management and it was suggested we choose another room for our next visit so it would not be on the first floor."

"Be ready to walk a bit, first from the parking to the reception, then from reception to the room. Although shopping was nearby, the walk was back to reception, then around the building to the shopping centre. If you see something missing, ask. The staff are very polite but don't offer. Oddly, they have equipment like irons but they don't keep track of the room where the iron is so there is a good chance they won't be able to find one for you."
