Not enough lighting on the property. Bed was like concrete. No phone for emergencies, no tv for news info and the door lock would not lock all the way. They didn’t even have a toilet paper holder. I left there and went to stay at another place with a friend. I let the keep the money for the room. And the shuttle driver could not even see their sign.

The hotel did not have the room that was reserved. Additionally they did not have working internet for the duration of the trip. I was asked to move rooms 3 times do to "security concerns". There was not a safe to lock belongings in, the owner and front desk staff were rude any chance they could get and forced me to pay for the room in cash saying they do not take credit cards.

We couldn’t go because of our extreme medical situation and yet they refused to refund and charged the whole week. Expedia even tried to convince them.

Very quiet Seaview and walkable to the town what I don’t like the side gate to entrance when you come in close by 11 o’clock at night I have to walk on the beach to get to the property like I was so upset about that and the the bath towel and Mat wasn’t comfortable to use
