We honestly loved everything about the resort! Our rooms were adjoining, as requested. They were clean and the staff was wonderful. We loved the restaurants and the buffet. The adult pool and pool bar were also outstanding.

Multiple beachfront spots at the hotel starting from the dinning area all the way to the residential buildings. The beach front rooms are absolutely gorgeous to see and hear the ocean, sunset etc Food was amazing . Especially impressed with the many options of authentic Jamaican food. Would definitely recommend and go back myself.

This was our first time in Negril and first time staying at an RIU property. Overall, it was a great hotel however they charge you $5 if you lose a room key. We were traveling with a group of 32 family members and the food at the restaurants were not the best. However, the buffet for breakfast and dinner were not bad. The property is well maintained and the rooms were always clean.

To us beach is most important one, and it is 10/10. Everything is clean and well maintained, especially to us is important how the food is handled, which is done exceptionally well, from the servers uniforms, plates, glasses and food (cold and hot). Staff is always there to help when you need them. We did enjoyed our stay and we will be coming back.
