I booked two rooms with two queen beds in each. They gave me 1 bedroom with two queen beds and 1 bedroom with one double bed. I needed enough beds for 8 people and I was not given what I booked. We found small cockroaches in the room. The only reason they didn’t have another available room was because they didn’t have anyone available to clean the rooms. So they do not have enough staff. Overall one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The lady at check in was sweet and understanding and was doing her best to help us. The lady at the check out wasn’t even at the desk, she was outside conversating with two other people and I had to go outside the hotel to get help with checking out.
