Property is great. New, pet friendly, nice lobby, clean room. Its the other guests. Up after 2am, cackling like a which all night. No consideration for others trying to sleep... Walls are thin, kids jumping and running .

clean rooms. This hotel was not very busy which I really enjoyed but I think that is only because it is new and no one knows how nice it is. All the staff were very nice. I would stay here again.

Host of the eating area was friendly, helpful & good natured. He is an asset to your hotel. You do gave a young man working there, 20’s?, black glasses, housekeeping- knocked softly on my door once & opened it. Immediately closed it when he realized I was walking down the hall towards him. Knocked several times loudly. He wanted to know if I needed anything. I had a bad feeling as to what he was up to. I was afraid to leave anything valuable in my room after that. If anything gets reported missing, I would highly suspect him even if he is super nice to staff. Just think you should know. I’d like to stay there again but don’t trust that young man.

The staff at the front desk was an honest person. He lied to us about our earlier check out. He told us we were going to charged for the day we stayed and we should not worry about checking out early, but we were charged for the day we didn’t stay. I considered bad customer service.
